Note from the webdesigner
Since the band Elektrik Buttshaperz doesn't exist for some time now, ex members didn't want to keep the www.elektrikbuttshaperz.com domain any more. However, I thought it would be a shame to loose this website, so I decided to recode the whole site to plain HTML version and put it on my server - for the archive purposes and for the new generations. :)Elektrik Buttshaperz are dead, long live Elektrik Buttshaperz!

Fyczo, one of the ex EB members, has a new band called Dub General
and they just released their first EP called, well, "EP" (DG, 2005).
They call their music "psychedelic dub" and you can check more about
them here.

Here's a late review (in Croatian) of the "Better working People" single that appeared these days in one of the most famous music e-zines in croatia - "zbrda zdola". This is also something like a epitaph for the Elektrik Buttshaperz ...ELEKTRIK BUTTSHAPERZ - Better working people (Anubis, 2003)
Hm, dobro zamišljeno, možda malo da su brži... Da su mlađi... Vjerujem da je to ključna stvar. Energija. Ma, nije da mi se nije svidjelo, nego mi nešto fali. Jednom nogom naslonjeni na opuse psihodeličnih rokenrol heroja, jednom nogom u hard rocku, ove 3 pjesme je objavio i kao demo razaslao gotovo upokojeni Anubis Records, i oni su se potrudili oko prezentacije i sve. Nisam dugo čuo za njih, baš me zanima kako će zvučati neki novi snimci. A ja na kraju ostavljam "ali"...

EB are still hibernating in a deep black hole they fell in during the recording of their album "no fi 140" and are taking a longer creative pause. Who knows until when...One of the EB members (Fyczo) is now in a new band called "DUB GENERAL" - you will find out more very soon. Stay tuned!
